We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! We've been making all kinds of changes to Utah Trikes Website and will continue to through the new year. In this article we're going to dive in to some of the newest updates from this week.
Live Help
You may have noticed one of the newest features to the Utah Trikes website, our live help chat! To access the live help chat click on the red bubble to start a chat. You can then either select "I have a question" or "Tell me more." You will then be connected to a representative to help answer your questions. To exit the chat between waiting for answers simply press the red bubble with a white x. To end the chat session press the 3 lines in the right corner. There you can select to end this chat session.
Configurator
One of the major changes we've made to the website this week is updating a configurator! The new configurator features a more clear drop down with photos of each option. It also has a live total of everything you add to your trike.
Minor Updates
We've also made a few minor updates to help make our website more mobile friendly. This includes auto scaling for YouTube videos and updating a few graphics. We'll continue making more and more updates each week, so be sure to check back next week to see what we have then!
